Santa Paula is hosting three meets this year.  The following minimum list of personnel is required to successfully run a meet:

Ribbon Table                             4

Snack Bar                                   3

Starter                                          1

Stagers                                         3

Relay Zone Judges                    3

Gate Guards                               1

Meet Director                             1

Announcer                                  1

Total                                            40

Volunteers Needed for Meets Hosted by Heritage Valley

Parents please volunteer your time to help us run our meets this year. Without the volunteer efforts of all of you we will not be able to provide this wonderful experience to our kids.

 

Remember: Working at our hosted meets will result in  being refunded your $50.00 deposit !!
